How can I contact your customer services department?
A.
You can email us or call us on 0845 900 2873 (Monday-Friday 9am-5pm).

How long will you take to get back to me?
A.
We aim to contact you straight away but certainly within 24 hours via e-mail, however please note that our office hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm and e-mails sent outside of these hours will get a reply the next working day.

How can I get regular information about TheDogsDoodahs.com?
A.
If you have an account you can sign up to our newsletter and we will also send you details of new card and gift products, ranges and offers as they happen, so you’ll be the first to know. Create an account to register to receive regular news and offers about our personalised cards and gifts.

We do use cookies on our website. You can delete cookies from your computer at any time. All browsers are different and so please use your browsers help function to find out how to delete cookies.

Do you use Flash on your website?
A.
We use Flash on our home page and this requires the Flash player login available from Adobe. The use of Flash for animation is very common and safe for you to install on your machine.
 

Q.
What web browsers are most compatible for your website?
A.
We have tested our web site on all the common web browsers both on the Mac and PC platforms but we can’t support every browser available at every resolution and version. We recommend you upgrade your browser to the latest version. On the Mac platform we recommend Safari or Firefox and on the PC platform we recommend Internet Explorer or Firefox.

Do you have a mobile website
A.
Our web site has not been developed for the mobile platform and this is an area of development for the future.
 
 
Order Returns
 
Q.
If the product is faulty or damaged can I return it?
A.
Yes, please initially call our customer services team on 0845 900 2873, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, to discuss the faulty or damaged card or gift. Then we may ask you to send the product back to us at TheDogsDoodahs, Unit C2, The Courtyard, Tewkesbury Business Park, Tewkesbury, GL20 8GD. We will then access the faulty product and contact you. You need to return faulty products within 7 days. If the product is clearly faulty or damaged we will replace the card or gift free of charge and reimburse you the cost of posting the product back to us. If you have received the wrong product, please call us so we can discuss getting the right product sent out as soon as possible.

If the card or gift has been personalised incorrectly can I return it?
A.
It is your responsibility to ensure your product is correct before you place your order. However we will help wherever we can. As soon as you realise there is a mistake please call out customer service team on 0845 900 2873, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, and we will do all we can to ensure you get a correct product. Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund for personalised cards or gifts with mistakes.
 
 
Delivery Rates and Times

What are the delivery rates and times for the cards?
A.
Cards are sent the same day if ordered Mon-Fri before 2pm by First Class post. Other options available either by clicking 'product info' button or at checkout where postage rates display. Back to top

About the Cards and Gifts
 
Q.
How are the cards produced?
A.
The cards are printed on a high specification digital colour printer onto thick 300gsm bright white board and then finished by being gloss laminated, creased and folded. The cards are printed in the UK on paper manufactured from trees grown in sustainable forests.

Q.
What are the gifts made from?
A.
The aprons are made from thick polycotton fabric with sturdy waist and neck straps. The neck strap is adjustable to fit many sizes. The aprons can be washed at 40 degrees on a normal wash. Please follow individual ironing instructions on each product; these are contained within their sew-in label.

The notebook has a thick clear polypropylene cover and sturdy grey board back for rigidity. The covers are printed onto 300gsm bright white board and gloss laminated. Each notebook has 100 blank sheets.

The mugs are made from porcelain and can be used in a Dishwasher, although over a prolonged period of use the print may fade slightly.
